We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any Skin Product Store purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 15 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be approved and validated.
Please follow the simple instructions below: Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging. Contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@theskinproductstore.com to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Take your package to the nearest shipping location. USPS/FedEx/UPS. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately. All RMAs are valid for only 15 days.
Shipping: Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt of order depending on product availability. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your shipment. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Unfortunately due to our carrier services, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
